Two Nepalis in Saudi jail
Sindhupalchowk, July 6:
Two Nepali youths — Ekle Bahadur Majhi and Ramesh Giri — of Sanghachowk-1 are languishing in jail in the city of Dammam in Saudi Arabia since February. They had gone to the country in December 2006 with hopes of earning money, but ended up in jail, a local Narayan Giri said.
They gave Rs 1 lakh each to the Kathmandu-based Unique Manpower Company through a local broker Shivaraj Giri for the trip to Saudi Arabia, Narayan said.
