SOLUKHUMBU: Bodies of two newborn babies have been found on banks of two local rivulets in Solukhumbu in the past two days.

A body was recovered on Sunday while another one was found the next day, confirmed Solukhumbu District Police Office.

The bodies were recovered in the district headquarters Salleri, police said.

The bodies have been sent to the District Hospital, Phaplu for postmortem.

Police said that they are trying to establish facts regarding the incident.
