Two-year-old kid drowns in Sunsari water pit
BHOJPUR: A two-year-old child lost his life after falling into a water pit in Kaptangunj of Sunsari district on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Sakhib Ansari, son of Muttar Ansari, resident of Kaptangunj- 9, the Biratnagar-based Eastern Regional Police Office informed.
According to police, the child had fallen in the water pit while he was playing nearby, at around 3 pm.
A police team from Ghuskihat Police Station is investigating into the case.
