The 14th Asian Curry Awards took place at The Great Room, Grosvenor House, Mayfair, with over 1,200 attendees.
The event celebrated the achievements of the Asian culinary industry, which employs over 100,000 individuals and contributes more than £8 billion to the UK economy.
Sarah Jones MP, UK Minister for Business & Trade, attended as Chief Guest, while Dipendra Gurung MIoD, President of Gurung Family Conglomerate, was the Guest of Honour.
Miss England 2024, Milla Magee, represented Gurung by presenting awards and promoting her Miss World Beauty with Purpose Campaign #GoFaRWITHCPR. She advocated for mandatory CPR training in schools, a cause supported by His Royal Highness Prince William and British airline Himalaya Jet, according to the press release.
During her address, Mille Maggie highlighted Himalaya Jet's plans to introduce direct long-haul flights connecting Monte Carlo, Macau, and Las Vegas, alongside ultra-luxury short-haul flights from London, Paris, Rome, Milan, St. Moritz, and Zurich to Monte Carlo, in partnership with high-end luxury hotels.
She emphasis that Himalaya jet will fly to Himalaya Country Nepal from London and selected Cities of Europe and Australia as a warm up, the release further states.
