DHANGADHI: Former Prime Minister and CPN-UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal said that the national consensus government was needed for the implementation of the new Constitution.

At a news conference organised by Press Chautari here on Tuesday, leader Nepal said that there was no alternative to national consensus government.

"Only the national consensus government can resolve the current problems," he said.

"Bringing the Nepali Congress in the government is to resolve the country's existing problems, not for power sharing," the Former Prime Minister said on a different note.
