HETAUDA, NOVEMBER 20

CPN-UML standing committee member Top Bahadur Rayamajhi said the ruling coalition is worried by his party's popularity.

"The so-called major parties who are at the helm now aren't tired of talking about continuing their alliance up to the election, which reflects their vanquished mentality. The ruling parties are in fact worried about the increasing popularity of our party and our party Chair KP Sharma Oli," said UML leader Rayamajhi, addressing the party's district-level gathering in Makawanpur's Hetauda today.

"UML is the mainstay of Nepali politics. We will again be established as the centre of Nepali politics,"

Rayamajhi said, adding that UML's slogan of 'Prosperous Nepal and Happy Nepali' and the policies of pro-socialism would help the party win the polls.
