NEPALJUNG, NOVEMBER 20
Legendary marathon runner Baikuntha Manandhar and Nepali Army Western Command commandant Maj Gen Prem Shahi completed the 21km race under the seventh Dhara Nepalgunj on Saturday.
Brig Gen Harendra Pathak, former skipper of Tribhuvan Army Football Club and Bhairav Prasad Battalion chief Lt Col Janmat Karki were among the 19 runners who joined the pack.
Creative Hands President TS Thakuri was excited with the enthusiasm of the participants. "We are trying to move ahead by joining hands with high-profile personalities of the society," said Thakuri. Legendary actor Rajesh Hamal was invited as a special guest in the event.
