According to USNCA President Sherpa, Nepali mountain climbers residing in the United States offered the said support to the climbers' families in Nepal.

Furthermore, the association is also planning to provide climbing shoes to climbers in need.

"We are sending climbing gear shoes and harnesses to Kharikhola climbing center soon," Sherpa shared. "It is a part of the USNCA's annual educational support programme to the Sherpa families who lost their family members while working on different mountains."

Last year, the organisation had handed over climbing materials to the Nepal Mountain Academy (NMA) and Women Climbers' Association (WCA) in a similar programme.
