BHOJPUR: A total of 22,625 children were given Vitamin A dose this year, compared to 23,740 last year, according to District Health Office (DHO) Bhojpur.

Dharma Ratna Shakya, a DHO staffer, said the number was on a decreasing trend. More than 27 thousand children used to be taken to Vitamin A distribution camps. National Vitamin A programme, a two-day campaign would end on Tuesday.
