Ramechhap, March 15:

Collection of voters’ names in the Ramechhap district concluded recently. There are altogether 181,134 voters in the district, the District Election Office informed.

In a press meet organised here yesterday, the office said the voters’ number has increased by 16.48 per cent this year. There are two constituencies in Ramechhap.

Similarly, the recommendation committee formed for the establishment of polling centres in the district has set up 87 polling centres and 24 sub centres. The panel has proposed 44 polling centres and 12 sub centres in constituency number 1 and 43 polling centres and 12 sub centres in constituency number 2 for the upcoming constituent assembly election.
