SIRAHA: A woman was killed when a tipper hit her at Lahan-1 of Siraha along the East-West Highway, on Thursday.

According to police, identity of the deceased, who is in her 50s, is yet to be ascertained.

The tipper (Na 6 Ka 6990) was travelling towards the East when the incident occurred.

Police said that they have taken the driver and the vehicle under control for further investigation.
