Dhangadhi, August 6:

Women associated with eight different political parties today organised a protest rally here to protest police intervention. Addressing a corner meeting at the local LN Chowk in Dhangadhi, member of the CPN-UML zonal coordination committee, Seti Sharada Bhatta, said it was high time Nepali women rose up against King Gyanendra for his attempts to revive active monarchy.
