KHOTANG: Youth Association of Nepal Chairman Rajiv Pahari has described the country’s bureaucracy as most corrupt.

Speaking at a press conference on Friday, he said corruption, bad governance and poverty were the greatest scourge facing the country.

“Our country still remains underdeveloped as civil servants are corrupt,” argued Pahari. He also declared that the association was preparing to launch a drive against the corruption.

“I would like to caution corrupt civil servants to be ready to face action as we will hand them over to concerned authority for action,” he said.
