Police on Monday arrested YCL cadre Rana Bahadur Rai, a resident of Diktel-1, on the charge of attacking his neighbour with a khukuri. Rai was arrested for attacking Mani Rai, 21, over a family feud on Sunday. Police held Rana Bahadur after Mani’s family lodged a complaint against him. DSP Dipak Thapa said probe into the incident was underway. — HNS
