DHADING: A youth drowned in the Trishuli River while he was swimming, at Benighat of Dhading, on Sunday afternoon.

The deceased has been identified as Kumar Gurung, 31, of Lekhnath Municipality, Kaski, said Area Police Office Benighat.

Around 10 persons had gone to swim in the river while they were travelling to Pokhara from Kathmandu.
