BIRATNAGAR: Police arrested a youth with home-made sutali bomb and petrol bomb in Biratnagar on Tuesday evening.

Amar Marik Dum (18) of Biratnagar-15 was held from Mahabirchowk in the city, the District Police Office confirmed.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
