BIRATNAGAR: A youth of Sunsari district has invented 'Auto Guard', a device that can be installed in water tanks. Namesh Khulal of Duhabi-Bhaluwa Municipality, made public the device at a press conference on Tuesday. Khulal said that one need not check the water tank for water once the device is installed and activated. He said, “The device can be installed by connecting it to the water-pump. It automatically activates the water pump once the tank gets empty.” A sensor helps to switch on the device installed to the pump as soon as the water tank gets empty, added Khulal. He said, “There are three indicators on the appliance.”
