NUWAKOT: Police has taken a person into custody for misbehaving with former Finance Minister Dr Ram Sharan Mahat.

Police arrested Ram Hari Khadka of Dupcheswor Rural Municipality-3 in Nuwakot district for throwing a water-filled bottle at former minister and Nepali Congress central member Dr Mahat, while the latter was laying foundation stone of a RCC bridge linking Dupcheswor and Tadi Rural Municipalities on Thursday.

District Police Chief Basanta Kunwar shared that miscreant Khadka (31) was arrested and further action against him would be carried out in coordination with the District Administration Office.
