Fabulous Store, the first hip-hop showroom in Nepal, is the right place for the hip-hoppers of Kathmandu. John Players and Miss Players can also help enhance one’s clothing style. Kids World located on second floor has everything to make your kid look smart.

The UWTC have more than 10 shirting and suiting stores from Monalisa Exclusive to Shrestha Tailoring.

Home and domestic appliances from LG, Elba, IFB are on display for you to choose devices you think is essential for your home.

Sky Sports is the store for athletic players where they can find all sports accessories.

UWTC also boasts of the largest health club ‘Jasmine Health Club’, which includes a heated swimming pool.

The five floors UWTC accommodates more than five cafés and two restaurants and bars to cater to different palates. De Valley Restaurant and Bar on the fifth floor treats you with Chinese and Thai cuisines.

If you are planning to throw a big party, the Tripureswor Party Palace on the same floor can be a very good choice.

For the game aficionados, the United Bowling right opposite Tripureswor Party Palace, is the place for you to hang out.

The Direction Exhibition and Convention Centre (DECC) is another fascinating feature of this complex. It is located on fourth floor, where one can organise socio-economic as well as political events. It provides ample space as it has the capacity to hold more than 1,000 people at a time. It also manages events for other organisations, in which DECC levies some charges.

The Nabil Bank is on the third floor for your service.

Keeping customer service in mind, the Himalayan Bank, Standard Chartered and Nabil Bank have installed their ATMs on the ground floor. All floors are equipped with rest rooms.

Not every shop accepts your debit or credit cards, which is the only drawback of UWTC, so make sure you don’t run short of ready cash while you are here.

Sukunta Lal Hirachan, chairman of UWTC said, “Customer security is among our high priority therefore we have scientifically installed fire extinguisher on all the floors.” He added, “We have emergency exits to the east, west and also in the middle.”

Underground parking provides ample space that has the capacity to park approximately 200 cars and 1,500 motorbikes.
