Being perfect
Human beings are considered to be the perfect living creatures. They are regarded as superior. However, there has been no experimental research or debate about other living creatures. Human beings regard themselves as superior to all the creatures in the world, as they are much more intelligent and they have created wonders in the world through their intelligence. But the question appears, are we really perfect? ‘Umm...Yes! We are!’ This might strike anyone’s mind if the question is asked. But give a thought, you might be wrong. There are various limitations of human beings. We start crying if we are hungry for a couple of days. Nor do we have the ability to store food within our body like a camel who stores water in its body. We have to go through various circumstances like fear, trouble, tension etc. It is us human beings who took to terrorism and brought insecurity within ourselves.
No, we are not perfect creatures in the world. There are other creatures that have more ability than us. Birds can fly! Camels can store water for a long time. Dogs possess great smelling power. So how can we claim ourselves to be perfect? Yes despite the fact we lack some qualities, we are definitely rich in some other qualities. But simply because of these qualities we cannot boast. Who knows, maybe an ant is much more creative than human beings? There has to be something to feel proud about. Rich people can be proud of their wealth; professors can boast because of their qualifications; singers can feel proud of their voice and players can boast about their skills. This makes it clear that there has to be something in order to boast about. We might not be lucky to be born in a well-off family.
It does not take much effort to turn lucky in being good at whereever you are and what ever you are doing. Superiority appears only when you turn out extraordinary at whatever you are doing. You need to get into something extra to feel proud of. How can human beings be called perfect when they commit acts of terrorism? Yes, we lack the smelling power of dogs, but we do have better vision to see what is good and what is bad.
When God created creatures he must have been impartial to grant everyone similar abilities. Now it is our duty to be perfect. Yes! We are not born perfect. Our activities decide if we are really perfect or not. Let us create a peaceful mind and environment with the good feelings of humanity within us.
