KATHMANDU, APRIL 5

Bhaktapur locals staged a protest on Monday against the government authorities after they issued an order to not organise the annual Biska Jatra amid fear of a second outbreak of COVID-19.

Biska Jatra of Bhaktapur to be low-key affair this year

Earlier, District Administration Office in Bhaktapur had issued an order to cancel the annual Biska Jatra to avoid mass gatherings
