The Gaijatra festival kicked off in Bhaktapur on Tuesday.
People from the Newar community are celebrating this festival with fanfare and amidst the performance of the 'Ghintang Ghisi' dance.
This dance gives the Gaijatra celebration in Bhaktapur its uniqueness.
