KATHMANDU: Aditya Sherpa won gold medal in the International Blind Para-judo Tournament in Gujarat, India.

Sherpa defeated John Makwan of India in the men’s 66kg final. Similarly, Prakash Pandey (60kg) and Manoj Bhatta (73kg) won silver medals, according to team leader Dharma Kumar Shrestha.

Players from Nepal and four states of India are competing in the tournament which will conclude on Monday.
