Nepal national football team head coach Abdullah Almutairi on Wednesday announced to separate teams for two friendly matches against Mauritius.
Nepal will face the African team on January 29 and February 1 at the Dasharath Stadium and Almutairi used all 34 players in the closed camp to form two squads for the matches with 12 footballers making it in both the teams.
"I want the players to get exposure in international matches. This will help us prepare them for the future by giving them more experience. I am expecting a good performance than the results,"
Almutairi was quoted as saying by the All Nepal Football Association website. Nepal and Mauritius are facing each other for the first time.
Mauritius are at the 172nd position in FIFA ranking, while Nepal are three placed above the African side.
