DHANGADHI: The APF Club defeated the hosts Farwest XI 2-0 to advance into final of the ongoing Nepal Ice Farwest Khaptard Gold Cup played at the Regional Stadium, in Dhangadhi, on Sunday.

APF will play against departmental team, Tribhuvan Army Club, in tomorrow's tile showdown.

Anjan Bista broke the dead lock on 53rd minutes of the second half in an entertaining encounter.

Nabin Lama scored a spectacular goal on 77th minute to ensure team's passage into the finals of the tournament.

Lama was later adjuged as man of the match for his scintillating performance. He collected Rs 10,000 in cash.

The winner of tomorrow's final will collect Rs 1.1111 million rupees along with medals and certificates. Similarly, the runner-up receive Rs 5,55,555 in cash.
