Nepal APF Club, St Xavier’s, Gajurmukhi and Ananta Secondary School registered victories in the Coca-Cola Cup Inter-school Football Tournament here at the Sano Gaucharan grounds on Wednesday.

In the first match of the day, APF thrashed Shree Shanti Vidhya Griha Higher Secondary School 7-0 riding on a hat-trick from Bishal Baramu. He scored goals in the 32nd, 54th and 68th minutes. Pradip Shrestha scored a brace in the 43rd and 65th minutes, while Suraj Shrestha netted in 45th before Manoj Gurung added one more in the 61st minute.

Likewise, St Xavier’s thumped Gita Mata Higher Secondary School 4-1. Ankit Bohara scored a brace in the 48th and 65th minutes, while Lujan Dangol found the nets in 34th and Shrishak Bahadur Shrestha added one more in the 70th minute. Wangja Sherpa scored the consolation goal for Gita Mata in the 69th minute.

In another match, Gajurmukhi routed Eden Public School 5-0 riding on a brace from Bishal Balami and one each from Kushal Khanal, Sandesh Khanal and Rupesh Tamang. Balami scored in the 10th and 63rd minutes, while Kushal Khanal, Sandesh Khanal and Tamang scored in 12th, 21st and 40th minute respectively. In the last match, Ananta earned a walkover win from Ripumardini Sainik School.
