Athlete Nirmala Bharati is set to participate in the Vattenfall Berlin Half Marathon to be held in Germany on April 2. National record holder in half marathon and 10,000m, Bharati was bade farewell by National Sports Council member secretary Kishor Bahadur Singh on Friday. “I am not getting a tough competition at home and the race would be a touch stone,” she added. She said the race would provide her a good international expoure before the 10th SA Games.
