Chitwan Club win
Kathmandu, December 6:
Chitwan Cricket Club beat Mumbai Cricket Club by 25 runs in a friendly match at the Campa Chour in Chitwan on Thursday.
Batting first, Chitwan scored 195/9 in 35 overs, in which Sagar Adhikari scored 45 and Raju Gupta made 40 runs. In reply, the visitors were packed for 170 runs in 34 overs.
Nayan scored 32 and Mangesh More contributed 25 for Mumbai. Sushil Thapa and Vijay Kumar took two wickets each for Chitwan. The visitors will play two Twenty20 matches on Friday before wrapping up their tour with a 35-over match on Saturday.
