Civil Bank defeated Dish Home by 11 runs to win the Corporate Beach Cricket Tournament here on Saturday.

Batting first, Civil Bank scored 94-4 before Dish Home reached 83-4. Bhola Bista top scored for Civil with eight-ball 32 that included two fours and four sixes, while former internationals Abhaya Rana and Raj Shrestha scored 28 and 22 respectively.

For Dish Home, Narendra Shrestha scored 26 off 11 balls hitting two fours and three sixes. Bista was adjudged the player of the tournament, while Rohit Singh of Kumari Bank and Bibek Singh of Surya Nepal were named the best batsman and bowler respectively. Nirjala Rajbhandari of NTB was declared the best woman player of the tournament organised by Kanchanjunga International.
