Departmental teams Nepal Police Club, Nepal APF Club, Tribhuvan Army Club and Western Region advanced to the men’s category semi-finals of the 21st National Women and 31st Men Volleyball Tournament under the NSC Championship here today.

NPC defeated Far-west 25-21, 25-22, 25-16, Western saw off Eastern 25-18, 25-18, 27-25, APF beat Mid-west 25-10, 25-9, 25-20 and TAC thrashed Mid-west 25-8, 25-10, 25-20 to make it last four.

In women’s section, Central, NPC, Western and APF entered the semi-finals.

Central thrashed Far-west 25-3, 25-5, 25-11, NPC beat Eastern 25-17, 25-11, 25-14, Western outplayed Mid-west 25-7, 25-9, 25-23 and APF recorded a 25-9, 25-19, 25-7 win against TAC.
