Dish Home to telecast Nepal’s matches

Kathmandu, January 14

Dish Home has acquired the broadcasting rights of all the matches played by Nepal national team in the Bangabandhu Gold Cup being held in Bangladesh.

“Dish Home has secured exclusive right to broadcast all the games played by Nepal football team in the Bangabandhu Gold Cup,” Dish Home said in a press release today. “Dish Home is all set to broadcast the games from tomorrow onwards and the game between Nepal and Bangladesh will be broadcast live from 6:15pm.” The release added.

Nepal, who defeated Sri Lanka 1-0 after playing a goalless draw

against Felda United of Malaysia in Group A matches, are at the top of the table with four points. The semi-finals and final matches of the tournament will also be broadcast in Dish Home. The semi-final matches are slated for January 18 and 19, while the final will be played on January 22.

“Dish Home is the single platform wherein customers can watch these games live. No other television channels and cable operators will be airing these games. All customers who have recharged their regular package will be able to watch the games without additional cost,” Dish Home said.
