Arsenal have confirmed that striker Thierry Henry will move to FC Barcelona. Arsenal said they have reached an agreement with Barcelona, with the deal only “subject to a medical and the completion of formalities.”

Henry confirmed the move earlier in an interview with French sports daily L’Equipe. “I still must pass a medical but yes, I have chosen Barcelona,” Henry said. “I will sign there for the next four seasons.” The 29-year-old France striker said the two clubs reached an agreement on Friday.
