KATHMANDU: Huawei Nepal beat Verisk Information Technology by 17 runs in the final of the Royal Stag Ultimate Indoor Cricket Cup here at the Ultimate Indoor Cricket on Friday.

Batting first, Sharad Ojha scored 20 runs as VIT scored 103 runs in 12 overs. In reply, Huawei scored 117 runs riding on 35 runs from man-of-the-match Prabhakar Chaudhary. Ritesh Sapkota of VIT was named the man of the series and will receive round-trip ticket to Dubai from Fly Dubai Airlines.
