KATHMANDU: Ideal English Higher Secondary School and Sainik Awasiya Mahavidhyalaya advanced to the regional tournament of Coca-Cola Cup Inter-school Football Tournament here on Friday. In the girls’ section match, Ideal hammered St Xavier’s School 4-0. Laxmi Tamang scored a brace, while Preeti Rai and Sita Ale Magar netted one each for Ideal. Likewise, Sainik defeated Nepal Rashtriya HS School 3-1. Nisha Chaudhary, Sabita Bhandari and Sandhya Puri scored one goal each for Sainik, while Jyangbu Sherpa netted the consolation goal for Nepal Rashtriya.
