KATHMANDU: Asian College of Higher Studies is organising the second ACHS Inter-IT 3X3 Basketball Tournament at the National Sports Council covered hall on Tuesday.

The tournament will feature 16 teams in boys section and three in girls category, informed College Principal Sabindra Maharjan at a press meet on Sunday.

The boys’ event will be played under league-cum-knock out format, while the girls’ teams will play against each other in round robin league with top two making it to the final.

The winners and runners-up in boys section will get Rs 25,000 and Rs 15,000 respectively. Two teams each from ACHS, Himalaya, Prime and Islington are taking part in the tournament along with New Summit, Trinity, Bernhardt, NCCS, Sunway, MBM, Orchid and IIMS in boys’ event.
