Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank defeated Machhapuchchhre Bank by 16 runs in the final of the Pay Well Indoor Corporate League here at the Great Himalaya Cricket Academy on Saturday.
Batting first, Kamana scored 104 runs in 10 overs before restricting Machhapuchchhre to 88-1.
Player-of-the-match Rimesh Regmi scored 30-ball 40 and Hemant Shrivastav contributed 14-ball 28 for Kamana. In reply, Nishes KC scored an unbeaten 55 off 40 balls.
Hemant Shrivastav of Kamana was adjudged the player of the series, while Nishes KC of Machhapuchchhre was named the best batter and Niraj Karki was declared the best bowler.
A total of 12 teams took part in the tournament organised by Himalaya Sports and Management Pvt Ltd in association with GHCA.
