KATHMANDU: National Karate player Sunil Lama on Thursday left for the United States of America to participate in the FIKA US International Karate Do Tournament slated for November 22 in New York.

Lama will participate in 60kg weight category. After the tournament, Lama will train for a month at the Gosinrio Martial Arts and Fitness Studio.

President of Nepal Karate Federation Dawa Gurung and General Secretary Hari Sharan KC bade farewell to Lama.
