Lifan bikers at Tsho-Rolpa

Kathmandu, May 27:
Chinese Lifan motorcyclists Deng Song, Sun Xue and Luo Hong Tao finally reached at Tsho-Rolpa, Dolakha on Monday evening, as per the organisers at the expedition site.
They had not been able to continue their expedition towards Tsho-Rolpa because of the hard weather since past four days. Thus, they had stayed back at Na, where they reached on Thursday.
“They will continue their expedition towards Tashiphuk on Wednesday morning,” as per the press release issued by the organisers here on Monday.
The Chinese Lifan motorcycle Himalayan expedition 2002 has been organised by Lifan to promote adventure tourism in the country, as well as the brand promotion of the motorcycle.
The main objective of this campaign is to set a new world record by taking Lifan motorcycles to a height of 6,187-metre Parchoma peak on the Rolwaling himlayan range.
