KATHMANDU: The 2018 UEFA Champions League Final  will be played between Spanish side Real Madrid and English side Liverpool, today, at 12:30 local time.

Madrid are also the defending champions, having won the competition in each of the last two seasons.

The match will be held at NSC Olimpiyskiy Stadium in Kiev, Ukraine.

The winner will play against 2017-18 UEFA Europa League in the 2018 UEFA Super Cup and similtasimulta qualify as 2018 FIFA Club World Cup semi-finalists.

Real have an opportunity to win a record 13th title while Liverpool have won the final five times.
