DAMAULI: Tanahun District Football Association honoured The Himalayan Times reporter Madan Wagle with the ANFA Journalism Award here on Sunday.

Association President Ratna Kumar Shrestha, Byas Municipality Mayor Baikuntha Neupane and Aanbu khaireni VDC Chairman Gir Bahadur Thapa felicitated Wagle with Rs 5,000 during the 12th General Assembly and fourth Electoral Assembly of the association.

The association feted Wagle for his contribution in football development through journalism. Meanwhile, the AGM elected a committee under the leadership of Shrestha for the next four years.
