KATHMANDU: Mansingh Dojo felicitated the medal winning players Rupa Maharjan, Ravi Tamang and Elina BK here amidst a programme on Saturday.

Maharjan, who won gold medals in the third South Asian Karate Championship held in India and third International Open KL Mayor’s Cup in Malaysia last year, received Rs 15,000 along with the letter of felicitation, while Tamang got Rs 10,000 for winning silver medal in India.

Likewise, BK, who bagged bronze in India, received Rs 5,000.

Meanwhile, Akash Mandal and Shiba Bhandari were named the Mansingh Dojo Player of the Year.

Former Minister Arjun Narshing KC and chief coach of the dojo Mahesh Maharjan handed over the cash and certificates to the winners.
