Kathmandu, January 19:

Manang Marsyangdi Club (MMC) and Carlsberg today signed the sponsorship deal to extend their contract for another one year.

“The partnership has been one of the most enduring one in the history of Nepali football having lasted for more than a decade now,” said Gorkha Brewery in a release. “The partnership will continue to see Carlsberg on the jerseys of MMC. The partnership shall also continue the name of the club to be further established as Carlsberg MMC,” the released added.

Founder member of MMC, Tashi Ghale said that Carlsberg’s support had been very crucial. “The support has been crucial for the club and the partnership has also boosted the morale of the club,” he said.
