KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu Body Building and Fitness Association is organising the third Districtwide Mr Kathmandu here at the Rastriya Naach Ghar from Friday.

Around 100 participants from various clubs of Kathmandu are expected to take part in the two-day event that also features Women’s Fitness and second Junior Mr Kathmandu, informed the organisers at a press meet on Thursday.

The pre-judging round will be held on Friday, while the finals are slated for Saturday.

Top five bodybuilders in 55kg, 60kg, 65kg, 70kg, 75kg and above-75kg sections will make it to the finals of their respective weight categories, while the winners will contest for the title of Mr Kathmandu. In women’s and junior sections, top five bodybuilders will make it to the finals from pre-judging round.

Top three in all the weight categories in men’s section will earn Rs 10,000, Rs 5,000 and Rs 2,000 respectively, while the overall winner will get Rs 100,000 along with the Mr Kathmandu title.

In women’s and junior sections, top three players will get Rs 30,000, Rs 15,00
