Namibia have lost six wickets at the end of the 17th over. While Sompal Kami picked the first two wickets for Nepal dismissing SJ Baard and LP van der Westhuizen. Sandeep Lamichhane took two wickets whereas Basant Regmi and skipper Paras Khadka shared a wicket each.

Skipper Paras Khadka and Sandeep Lamichhane have both bowled two maiden overs each in first ICC World Cricket League DIvision 2 match.

Namibia has failed to secure a win against Nepal in previous three matches.

Earlier: Sompal Kami takes second wicket for Nepal

After picking a wicket in the maiden over, pacer Sompal Kami has taken the second wicket for Nepal in the first match of the ICC World Cricket League Division 2 (WCL2) being held in Namibia today.

Nepal had won the toss and elected to bat.

Namibia are at 35/2 at the end of the 6th over.

The match is being held at the Office Park in Namibia where the hosts will definitely be looking to use the home ground and the crowd support to their advantage.
