LALITPUR: A five-day National Para-weightlifting Training concluded at the International Sports Complex on Monday.

A total of 30 participants took part in the training organised by National Para-weightlifting Sports Association-Nepal with the support of Lalitpur Metropolitan City.

Chief bodybuilding coach Gyanendra Nakarmi conducted the training.

National Sports Council member Arjun Bahadur KC and National Para-weightlifting Sports Association-Nepal President Tak Bahadur Gurung among others handed over certificates to the participants.
