KATHMANDU: Nepal in the latest FIFA ranking are placed at the lowest position since they were included in the ranking.

Nepal are placed at the 196th position, which is four position below its earlier rank, in the latest ranking table published by the world football governing body on Thursday.

With 41 points, Nepal remained at the bottom of the South Asian nations.

Nepal have not won any of the international football match in last two years.

While Nepal are at the 14th position from the bottom of the global ranking, they are the second lowest team under the Asian Football Confederation.
