BHAKTAPUR: Nepal Triathlon Association handed over the two-room building to Ganesh Primary School of Duwakot here on Friday.

The school, which was damaged by the devastating earthquake that jolted Nepal in April 2015, was constructed by the NTA under the International Triathlon Union (ITU) Nepal Earthquake Relief Project, informed NTA President Nilendra Raj Shrestha.

ITU had donated $10,500 for earthquake relief works and the NTA had handed over the money to the school management. The NTA also establish a welfare fund of 2,000 Euros. Shrestha said the NTA would add more money in the fund which will be used to help the needy students.
