Nepal, team of Pakistanis play practice match

KATHMANDU: Nepali national team is playing a 50-over practice match with a team of Pakistanis at Abu Dhabi of the United Arab Emirates on Sunday.

Winning toss, Nepal decided to field.

Nepal are scheduled to play Papua New Guinea on November 16 and 18 in the ICC World Cricket League Championship.

Before that, Nepal will play another practice match with Oman in Abu Dhabi on November 14.

Nepal: Paras Khadka (C), Gyanendra Malla (VC), Subash Khakurel(WK), Basant Regmi, Shakti Prasad Gauchan, Sagar Pun, Anil Kumar Mandal, Sompal Kami, Karan KC, Mehabob Alam and Sharad Veswakar.

Pakistan: Sarfaraz Ahmed, Azhar Ali (C), Mohammad Hafeez, Younus Khan, Ahmed Shehzad, Shoaib Malik, Wahab Riaz, Yasir Shah, Anwar Ali, Mohammad Irfan and Babar Azam.
