KATHMANDU: The Sports Department of Non-Residential Nepali Association (NRNA) on Tuesday felicitated four players and late volleyball coach Keshavlal Shrestha on the occasion of its seventh Annual General Assembly and Global Conference.

Guinness record holder athlete Hari Bahadur Rokaya, first international medallist Jeet Bahadur KC, ultra runner Mira Rai and wrestler Satyendra Prasad Yadav were feted along with Shrestha, who died in April 25 earthquake. NRNA handed over Rs 25,000 each to the athletes and family members of Shrestha.

NRNA Sports Department chief Narayan Gurung and President of Nepal National and International Players Association Deepak Bista expressed their views on the occasion.
