NSC shows concern

KATHMANDU: The National Sports Council (NSC) on Sunday expressed concern over the padlocking at the office gate by an unidentified group on Saturday evening. Issuing a release, the NSC said it condemns the padlocking as the sports governing body, especially given they were not served a prior notice of the lock down. A meeting on Sunday, under the presidency of NSC vice-president Pitambar Timalsina, condemned the action and asked not to repeat that again as the NSC is preparing for the 11th South Asian Games.
